Articulate Storyline 360 | Systems Training
Developed an interactive systems training for small business bankers to master a new customer-facing application tool. Overcame the challenge of lacking a practice environment by manipulating system screenshots to simulate real interactions. Integrated demonstrations and instant feedback to replicate system use and ensure bankers were equipped to assist customers effectively.
Articulate Storyline 360 | Customer Scenarios
Created a dynamic customer engagement scenario to complement systems training. Utilized state changes and variables to simulate real-time customer interactions, providing immediate feedback for correct and incorrect responses. The training offered both system process feedback and insights on customer interaction quality, ensuring comprehensive learning outcomes.
Articulate Storyline 360 | Complete Customize Navigation and Quiz
Delivered a fully customized navigation and quiz for compliance training on API RP 581. Designed an interactive activity with hotspots and a calculator to guide learners through an 8-step calculation process. The custom results screen offered tailored feedback, and due to compliance rules, allowed only two quiz attempts before requiring instructor-led training. A standout feature was the manipulated stock image, creating an illusion of movement in the refinery for an immersive opening slide.
Articulate RISE 360 | Microlearning
Developed a customized Rise 360 microlearning for claims adjuster training, starting with a scenario-based interaction that immerses learners in a customer-representative dialogue to simulate real-world situations. The course transitions into a process steps module, breaking down the claims process into clear and actionable stages. Integrated knowledge checks after each section provide immediate feedback to reinforce key concepts. Designed to prioritize clarity and real-life application, this microlearning serves as a quick yet impactful training tool for mastering the essential responsibilities of claims adjusters.
CANVA | Video Quiz
Developed a video quiz on recycling as a primer for an instructor-led course, designed to engage participants while reinforcing the organization's sustainability goals. This quick, fun quiz replaced the traditional presentation format, serving as an interactive way to kick off the session and set the tone for meaningful discussions. By encouraging participants to think critically about recycling and sustainability practices, the quiz seamlessly transitions into deeper conversations, aligning with the client’s preference for starting each course with activities that support organizational objectives. The format creates an energetic and engaging environment, ensuring active participation from the outset.
Articulate Storyline 360 | Comic Style Conversation
Designed an engaging, comic-style conversation starter for refinery leaders to address risk management issues globally. The training, available in both WBT and video formats, used stock imagery and comic elements to simplify the 5 WHY root cause analysis framework. This creative approach made complex concepts accessible and encouraged team discussions, improving response times.
Articulate Storyline 360 | Interactive Slider
The "Wheel of Life" tool is one of many activities integrated into the program, which also includes virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions. The course features a dynamic slider that adjusts a wheel-shaped image, allowing students to visualize real-time changes as they rate different life domains from 0-10. As they move the slider, state changes reflect shifts in areas such as career, health, and personal development. The selections made on the wheel are captured on a reflection page, encouraging students to set actionable goals.

I designed this guide specifically for use in web-based training (WBT) to provide a structured approach for creating impactful data visualizations.
It leads users through practical exercises to identify their audience, clarify visualization goals, and select effective visual formats.
The layout is clean and instructional, featuring purposeful design elements like organized tips and reflection prompts, ensuring that data is communicated clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders

I designed this workbook for use in web-based training (WBT), focusing on clarity and engagement. It offers a sleek, user-friendly layout to guide individuals through a transformative process of self-discovery.
The workbook’s clear sections, interactive exercises, and reflective prompts are framed by clean lines, purposeful typography, and balanced visuals, making the experience of exploring values, strengths, and goals both engaging and impactful.
Instructor Guide
This instructor guide was designed in MS Word, providing flexibility and ease of use for facilitators. The guide includes detailed instructor notes, suggested activities, and prompts to enhance the delivery of training.
One key advantage of this format is its dual-purpose nature—by simply removing the instructor notes, the guide can be converted into a fully functional student guide. This versatility ensures that training materials are streamlined, accessible, and adaptable to various instructional needs.
Student Guide
This student guide was designed to support a two-day, instructor-led training program focused on problem-solving and effective solution presentations.
The training was themed as "Mission Possible," which resonated strongly with participants, enhancing engagement throughout the in-person sessions.
I created this guide using Google Slides, which allowed for more creative formatting options compared to standard tools like Google Docs.
